Welcome to week four in the One Room Challenge, where I am tackling my master bedroom! The significant progress for the week has been the addition of wallpaper to the room.

Wallpaper Installation
I am lucky to have a mother who has experience installing wallpaper. The paper I chose from York Wallcoverings is an unpasted type meaning that we have to use wallpaper paste to adhere to the wall.
It was surprisingly one of the quickest projects so far in the room. It only took us 2 1/2 hours to complete the wall!
Finished Wall
I love how the wallpaper turned out! There will be more wallpapering projects in the future. And you also get a peek at the newly painted headboard.
DIY Mirror Closet Door
I couldn’t find an interior door with a mirrored center panel, so I created one. I used a single panel door and a cut piece of mirror. It is progressing nicely! I can’t wait to see it hung up in the master bedroom.
Coming Up Next Week
Everything else is in the partially started phase, with nothing completed right now. I need to finish the dresser and nightstands. I have the old hardware holes filled on the dresser awaiting paint. The nightstands are at the beginning of their transformation, starting with spray painting the legs. Need to hang the newly arrived ceiling fan. Curtains are awaiting hanging hardware before installing. The goal is to get as much done as possible :).
